Getting Help

The Center for Excellence in Teaching and Learning (CETL) provides university-wide support on iCollege and integrated tools.

To submit requests for CETL assistance please use the GSU IIT Technology Service Desk or D2L Help Center.

 

The GSU IIT Technology Service Desk can be reached in three ways:

The GSU IIT Technology Service Desk is your first contact if you are having issues with your CampusID and password.

If you are having trouble with iCollege and its integrated tools, you may contact the GSU IIT Technology Service Desk. Service Desk staff will assign a ticket to the Center for Excellence in Teaching and Learning (CETL) staff. Tickets are addressed by the CETL staff on a first-come, first served manner during normal university business hours.

For after-hours support, the D2L Help Center can be used to address issues related to iCollege features and tools. They may be able to assist with some of the integrated tools, but typically will re-route those requests back to CETL staff to be addressed during normal university business hours.

The D2L Help Center cannot address CampusID and password issues. They will re-route those requests back to CETL staff.
